Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of vehiclesking.com (the "Service"), operated by VehiclesKing. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
3. Marketplace role
VehiclesKing is a venue connecting buyers and sellers. We are not a party to transactions between users, do not own the vehicles listed, and do not guarantee the accuracy of listings, the condition of any vehicle, or the conduct of any user. Always inspect vehicles and verify ownership before purchase.
4. Listings and seller obligations
- You must have the right to sell the vehicles you list.
- Listings must be accurate, lawful, and free of misleading content.
- No stolen, unsafe, or sanctioned-jurisdiction vehicles.
5. Dealer subscription
- Dealer Inventory is CA$49.99/month plus applicable taxes. Unlimited listings. Any sync interval.
- Your fee funds ad spend that promotes your vehicles.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel anytime in the billing portal; access continues until the end of the current period.
- Pricing may change with at least 30 days' notice.
6. Acceptable use
Do not scrape, reverse engineer, abuse the API, post unlawful content, harass other users, or attempt to interfere with the Service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
7. Fees and taxes
Subscription fees are charged in Canadian dollars. Applicable GST/HST/PST/QST is shown on the pricing page and charged based on your billing address.
8. Intellectual property
VehiclesKing, the logo, and the Service are our property. You retain ownership of content you upload and grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and promote that content for the purpose of operating and marketing the Service.
9. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
10. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VEHICLESKING WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS OR DATA. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify VehiclesKing against claims arising from your listings, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be heard in the courts of Ontario.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the new Terms.
