Refund Policy

This policy applies to the Dealer Inventory subscription (CA$49.99/month plus tax). It does not apply to vehicle transactions between buyers and sellers — those are handled directly between the parties.

1. 7-day money-back guarantee (first subscription only)

If you cancel within 7 days of your first paid charge and have not received material value from the service (e.g. inventory sync ran fewer than 10 times, no leads generated), email billing@vehiclesking.com for a full refund.

2. Monthly renewals

Monthly renewal charges are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time in the billing portal — your dealer features remain active until the end of the current billing period and you will not be charged again.

3. Ad spend

A portion of your subscription is used to run ads promoting your vehicles. Once ads have been delivered, that portion cannot be refunded. Refunds under section 1 cover the full fee because no meaningful ad spend has occurred yet.

4. Service issues and downtime

If a verified service outage prevents you from using core dealer features for more than 24 consecutive hours, contact support for a pro-rated credit on your next invoice.

5. Taxes

Approved refunds include the GST/HST/PST/QST originally charged on the refunded amount.

6. Chargebacks

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank — most issues can be resolved within one business day. Accounts with unresolved chargebacks may be suspended.

7. How to request a refund

Email billing@vehiclesking.com from the address on your account with your dealer name and the charge date. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
