Listing data: vehicle details, photos, prices, and inventory feed credentials you provide.
Payment data: billing details handled by Stripe. We do not store card numbers.
Usage data: log data, device, browser, IP address, and pages viewed.
Cookies: used to keep you signed in and to measure traffic.

2. How we use information

To operate the marketplace, display listings, and process subscriptions.
To prevent fraud, enforce our Terms, and comply with legal obligations.
To send service notices and, with consent, marketing about VehiclesKing.
To run ads promoting dealer vehicles, funded by the dealer subscription fee.

3. Sharing

We share data with service providers that help us run the Service (hosting, payments, analytics, advertising platforms), with buyers/sellers as needed to complete transactions, and when required by law. We do not sell your personal information.

4. International transfers

We operate globally. Your information may be processed in Canada, the United States, the EU, and other jurisdictions with different data-protection laws than yours.

5. Retention

We keep account and listing data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to comply with legal, accounting, and dispute-resolution requirements.
